The Shops at Broadway
​BRE has joined forces with the real estate development companies AJM, KABR and BTF Capital to purchase and redevelop a 1.3 million square foot retail shopping mall on nearly 70 acres in Hicksville, Long Island. The project will include significant redevelopment and a repositioning, including elements of both adaptive reuse and new ground-up construction.
Mineola Downtown
Upon securing land use entitlements for sorely needed Transit Oriented Development, BRE and strategic partners, have acquired properties in downtown Mineola where they intend to build multiple residential projects including multi-family rentals and condominiums.
