Scott Burman is a dedicated community leader who has made significant impact through a long-standing commitments to service. He volunteers his time and resources making a positive impact on the lives of those around him and to the region at large.
Business Impact
Scott is vested in perpetuating leadership through teaching students and coaching young professionals. He is a guest lecturer at the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra as well as Stony Brook University School of Business and a Board Member and Forum Officer at the Young Presidents Organization (YPO) where he helps other leaders cultivate their skills via launching and moderating peer groups.
Local Impact
Scott’s works with local non-profit organizations to help give back to his community. He is a past President of the Long Island Real Estate Group, Chair to the Board of Trustees for the Long Island Children’s Museum and has also been involved in steering positive impact through the Community Advisory Board Board of LIPA and PSEG utility companies.
Scott Burman believes passionately in the Museum’s work in support of the community and has brought strong leadership skills to every board position he has held.

Scott is a consummate Construction and Real Estate Development professional, dedicated to his craft. He advocates, both passionately and articulately, for smart real estate advancements and the betterment of our region.
