Just 5 months after a group of local commercial real estate investment firms, including Burman RE, acquired the Broadway Commons Mall in Hicksville they unveil plans to transform it into an open-air lifestyle center.

More than 225 people came to hear the panel address “Challenges in a Changing Construction Environment," that was hosted by the REI at Stony Brook University College of Business on Friday, March 8.
